Cancellation Policy

Golden India Travels offers amicable India tour packages for incredible involvement of holidays. Still, if under any unexpected situation you require to cancel or reschedule the tour, our user friendly, easy to understand Cancellation & Refund Policy explained under recover inconvenience. All cancellation requests or queries must be from the same id as the id used at the time of booking. The cancellation confirmation mail requires to be verified by response to it and it can be done by contacting you at call or mail. This is compulsory point to claim refund. The refund for cancellation may take time according to the various services booked by the user and according to our refund policy. Important points are:

Refund will be done by internet banking within 7 working days.

If booking is cancelled within 45 days of trip starting date, the whole advance payment made while your booking excluding the transaction charges will be acceptable for refund. Any transaction charges for the settlement or cancellation fees by airlines or indian railways must be endure by the client. Similarly the cancellation fees of hotels must be bear by the clients.

If any cancellation before 30 days is requested then no amount will be refunded and requests are also not entertained.
